To our valued Tenants and Neighbors,
Subject: Coronavirus (COVID-19)
In accordance with Governors Sisolak’s latest directive, essential and non essential businesses must comply with NSOS and NV OSHA measures to protect our customers as well as our employees. Therefore we will continue conducting office services through phone, email, fax and mail ONLY from now to mid June 2020. At that time we will evaluate the situation and will update this notice letting tenants know when office will be open for in person services. Once we do open for in person services and depending on the COVID-19 status, we will be requiring that all tenants comply with social distancing guidelines (CDC & WHO) maintaining a distance of six feet apart. We will service only one customer at a time in the office. We will also require that all persons coming to the office wear a mask, if tenant/customer does not have a mask, we will assist them through the curbside method. Gate access is back to regular hours of 5:00am to 10:00pm
Current Office Service Hours-Monday-Saturday 9am to 2pm
For facility emergencies ONLY, such as being locked in facility for failure to leave before gate lock out hours, call (775)301-2123. Tenants will be charged a $10-$25 fee to be led out remotely. Other emergencies may be such as reporting suspicious activity and letting us know your access code is not working. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, we hope that soon we can resume back to regular facility office and access hours. We thank you for your patience with this matter.
